Who We Are

The Daily Living Centers provide adult day health care six days per week in therapeutic programs for individuals with chronic physical and mental impairments such as post-stroke conditions, arthritis, cardiovascular conditions, depression, social isolation, dementia, including dementia of the Alzheimer's type.  Our emphasis is on helping these individuals remain in their own home for as long as possible.  For family members providing care, their responsibilities are eased as their loved ones participate in a safe and structured environment.  This allows the caregiver to continue working or to take care of other personal needs.

Our Mission

To sustain maximum independence; restore lost functioning where possible; increase or maintain present functioning levels; prevent or delay deterioration; encourage involvement in social activities regardless of disabilities; for individuals over the age of 18 who are mobile (including wheelchair, walker or other appliances) and who can benefit from the family group settings and therapeutic programming.

The Daily Living Centers - Bill Weaver Center  

Monday - Friday - 6:30 am - 6:30 pm   --  Saturday  - 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

 As of July 5th, 2009 Sunday services are suspended until further notice

The Daily Living Centers - South Side

 Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

The Daily Living Centers - Edmond

Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Daily Living Centers - Jeltz

Monday - Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
