We are now hiring a DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS for our agency. The Daily Living Centers are an Adult Day Health care program developed to be the perfect solution for caregivers who are searching for alternative care for their loved ones with special needs. The Daily Living Center has a total of four facilities which serve Oklahoma City and surrounding metro areas. The centers average 145 individuals per day. Job Duties Include:
Manage and direct daily operations of the four Daily Living Centers, Inc. locations
Oversees, leads, and coordinates the functions of Participant Care with the Social Services Coordinator, Center Directors, and Registered Nurse
Represents the organization effectively in community and governmental affairs
Interface and guides clients and families to determine care availability, accessibility, and type
Manages the organizations Human Resource program and personnel
Ensure policies and directives are adhered to by subordinates
Provides leadership & management for subordinates, including feedback & evaluations
Provide a voice for elderly care at State Agencies and the Legislature when directed
Establishes financial goals and ensures assets are maintained and protected
Establishes operational and organizational policy and procedures
Measures the impact of policy and procedural decisions on client care
Creates and meets operational goals and operational data measurement, measures systems to ensure high performance
Previous experience in directing large scale operations and/or multiple locations of an Aging or Disabled Services or similar health care services organization
Must meet Oklahoma State requirements for and be licensed or able to be a Long-Term Care Administrator, in addition to CPR and first Aid certifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Aging services agency is preferred
Working knowledge of Aging Services State and Federal contracts, obligations and legal requirements
Public speaking experience preferred
Professional and Positive attitude a must
Development and administration of policies and procedures for an Aging Services agency
Experience in managing organizational Human Resource policies and staffing regulations
Knowledge of employment laws and requirements highly preferred
Understand financial and budget impacts of a large-scale organization
Experience managing organizational assets, supplies and equipment
Bachelor Degree or Post-Graduate degree from an accredited university
Current CPR, First Aid Certification
Lifts, carries, pushes equipment supplies or patients exceeding 25 pounds

We are looking for PART-TIME and ON-CALL limousine and handicap van drivers to transport elderly persons to and from home to our centers. We are the oldest and largest nonprofit provider of adult day (health) services in the state of Oklahoma, serves 750 clients per week (39,000 annually) through its four metro-Oklahoma County facilities. Our clients are frail senior citizens who have multiple aging-related disabilities including dementia and Alzheimer's disease and disabled individuals who need care throughout the day. Our program is designed to provide individuals with limited physical and mental abilities to have a place to go on weekdays that is safe and gives their lives purpose.
We have 4 locations: Bethany, South OKC, Edmond, Central OKC
An immediate opening at our South OKC center.
Our program is part-time and runs routes both morning and afternoon. Average hours available are 25 to 30 hours per week. Typical routes are from 630 - 830AM and 230 - 430PM. Route locations are: Bethany, South OKC, and Edmond
